Tour 2011 - The next international tour is in the works for 2011 with the intended destination being Canada. As with any tour we embark upon this will promise to be an absolutely marvellous affair. Get excited !!

South Africa Tour 08
On the 6th of July 2008, Imperial Medicals RFC embarked upon South African airways flight 346 to Cape Town for the beginning of their Summer tour. The tour consisted of 7 matches – 4 first team and 3 second team, all of which were followed by post-match functions and the customary socialising. Sides played included the Stellenbosch Medics, Nelson Mandella University, Kruger park rangers and the Swaziland National team.
As well as the rugby, there were many adrenaline-fuelled activities included for those that went – Bungee jumping, white water rafting, safari game drives, shark diving and for the more sedate, a golf day.
In order to give something back to the communities that were supporting us whilst we were away on tour, we also spent some time doing voluntary work. This included coaching a local school side in Swaziland, and for those with more medical knowledge, volunteering at one of the health centres.
